Business hotel with great room

We got an upgrade because the room we booked was fully booked. The room we had was amazing. Spacious and comfortable, with big and nice size bathroom, and seating room.. The bed was really comfortable. The check in and out was quick and simple. Only set back was the basic necessities for bathroom was lacking attention. We checked in late at night after a long evening at funeral, to find only one set of toothbrush and a shower cap. We were too tired to make requests and used whatever we had in our suitcase.

I went up with a group of friends and was very pleasantly surprised by the value this hotel presented us. Staff were professional and courteous and the location was good as well, away from the business of the city but near to wherever u may wish to go in KL.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Good food and well priced.

Nice Rooms but very poor service

Stayed for a week at Eastin hotel in a Family Suite, the Room was very nice, a bit modern, unfortunately the toilet was way too old. The service at the reception was extremely slow, the gentleman who checked me in didn't even bother smiling or explain to me what my room came with. Before booking the hotel through agoda, I called up to see if I would still get the executive room benefits if I were to book through agoda, and the girl mentioned I could, never explained to me that agoda itself would have a special rate that was inclusive of the club benefits. Called up reception, frustrated, knowing that I was misguided when it came to the club benefits by who ever answered the call, the gentleman on the otherside, tried explaining to me that I would have to pay 150ringitts extra if I were to get the benefits, if not cant. He also mentioned that he would give me a call back, once he checks with the colleague who gave me the information, however; never heard from him. Poor taxi services, the hotel arranges for Blue cabs which costs like 3 ringits extra for the meter when you ask for a taxi, be sure to call a cab yourself, its much more convenient.
