Big room with outdated furniture

I have booked an executive room which is large. It have a living room and two toilet. They room is big enough to stay for 10 person. The bathroom is big also. It has a separate toilet in near the entrance also. The only things is the furniture is a bit outdated. Others is very good. Close to shopping area also. Will definitely come back again.
Shopping Tip:
The curve is not far from hotel.

when me and my friends arrival on the first day, there were no staffs there to welcome us at the door and assist us with our stuffs(tot this is a 5 star hotel minimum standard). and the counter staff want me to send him the email of the hotel booking by agoda even when I show him the hard copy which i had printed out plus I had use back the same credit card which I book through agoda to show of proof 9so troblesome for me as there were never stated in the website saying that I need to use back the same credit card when I check into the hotel).

Lovely hotel but location outside of centre

Definitely enjoyable place to stay, good sized rooms, amazing service and everything you could want and more from a hotel. Easy to get to most places but main central KL is about 20 minutes away and if you like going out at night may not be ideal place.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is solid. These are basic but many times taken for granted by other hotels. As a traveller needing to travel between PJ and KL, the location was good, but those looking for access to most things downtown may find the location a little out of the way - there are no public transportation around either. The good thing is that you will not get stuck in KL's infamous traffic jams. The price is not the cheapest, but not exorbitant either.
Overall, strongly recommended for business travellers where getting around by cab alone is not an issue.

it was a festive season during our stay. to our surprise, it was not a hassle at all to get a room. we were so thankful. the personnels were very helpful and friendly. there are a few shopping malls nearby. finding a good dining place was not a trouble at all. we would definitely come again for another stay.
