Eastin Hotel is located a bit far away the town centre. There are several small restaurants nearby. Hotel also provided suttle bus to different shopping malls in the town center. Staffs are friendly and nice. Rooms are make up every day and morning newspaper is also provided. This hotel is a good hotel for a relaxing holiday.

It was OK, good bed, slept well.....

Never stayed in a hotel where I had to insert my card/key into the elevator to get to my room. Card/keys did not work well.....sometimes had to insert 3-4 times to get them to work. Staff could not help me to utilize my mobile phone internationally until I was leaving.....

Was on business travel, given a smoking room even though I had specified for a non-smoking room in my booking request. The room was clean, didn't smell even though it was supposed to be a smoking room, furnishings looked relatively well-upkept and smiling service staff. Read in another review that the rooms at the lower levels have been renovated recently, but not the top level ones, thus decided to stay put for 3 days and 2 nights at the smoking levels. Although it smelled at the corridors but bearable. Good hotel to stay in, bed was really comfy. Was a little disappointed in the low shuttle frequencies to malls. Shuttles to 1 Utama only during weekends and only 2 trips to The Curve during weekdays.

Overall environment good, from lobby restoran walking space all ok.
Comment a bout basement parking feeling a bit unsafe.

Japanese food dinner overall taste too salty.
Sake was very nice.
In room dining food not so good, fried rice so so only and prawn is not fresh.

It was overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very nice, the beds very comfortable and the amenities appropriate for hotel of its standard.
The quality of the food in the coffee shop was quite good.
The employees in the cigar bar were poorly trained. They did not know what wines they had, did not know what a Single Malt Whiskey was, etc.
Furthermore, they restocked the bar with a filthy and worn flat bed trolley in plain sight of guests. Supervision and training for this venue seemed to be lacking.
The gymnasium is joke! Limited (only one treadmill) and very outdated equipment.
