thumb up for the clean and comfortable room as well as the staffs are so polite to guide us and provide all the information we require. the car park just newly paint so the smell is still stay there. the location was so convenience to travel around the shopping mall consider the price i paid for. most of my travel just took me less than half an hour. excellent room condition for a comfortable and quality rest after spending so much of time for shopping. the staffs are well trained and polite to provided the information that i required to travel around the city.

reasonably priced luxury hotel....love the amneties that most 5 star hotels has .the huge bed.the free internet.the easy access (by car)...One of the most complete hotel around. No fantastic views around,just the city buildings.Public access only by car,taxis. Its just an emrgency stay but i have surely enjoyed the ease and comfort that the hotel provides. the food is great but the spacious room and amneties provided make it great to be in the room as well.From checkin to checkout everything was hassle free.I would recommend this to ANY tired travellers esp. with kids.

Well trained staff, well maintained place and price is right Well located place where easy to reach via car or taxi. Hotel staff are pleasant and well trained. Quality of food is good and; rooms are clean and well maintained. I have no problem with this stay at all. The price is affordable and I will surely recommend for business or holidays.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious too and clean. Location may be slightly poorer compared to other hotels.. You need a taxi to move about. The exterior of the hotel building wasnt very impressive or looked high end but the internal proves me wrong. it was nicely done up with a taste of good furnishing inside. Thehe location is a bit on the off-side and there isnt much great amenities within walking distance. You need a cab to go around the place. And also, it's superb jam during the daytime of weekdays because the hotel is nestled in a commercial area. Approximately 20 mins driving distance to popular spots like bangsar, mont kiara, one utama and mutiara damansara.
Nightlife Tip : The hotel is near to nightlife places in bangsar, hartamas and the latest TTDI plaza in Taman Tun. U need a cab to these places cos they arent within walking distance!

I like their designed the lobby lobby lounge need some improvement overall value for money, food quality very poor, location congested traffick conditions, taxi service from hotel normal charges plus ransom charge by the hotel doubles the taxi charge.
Staff are polite and curteous, room condition clean but noisy from the ducted airconditioner disturbing our sleep. Cofee area is poorly serve.The lobby is nice and welcoming. The manner of the doorman unbecoming of the hotel.
Nightlife Tip : NIce restaurants in the adjacent complex..

Good Rooms, good beds, Wi Fi in room wow thats a convenience. Good breakfast, service much much better than hotels in KL, PJ. Great Staff !! In short good Value for Money. Limited choice in food, gym needs new equipment. F & B outlets very very pricey

This hotel is in good condition and have many small restaurant near by , but distance from downtown also little bit far , you need to catch taxi for long distance and no MRT systems in that area.

The first floor restaurant is very well known in advance only 20 ringgit breakfast, choice of breakfast is also quite good. Considerable room attendant clean-up duties. Now the room is used for wireless Internet access, I am not in the middle of a room to stay, so the Internet is very slow.
