Good location for short stay - Shopping Purpose

Pros'
- Big spacious room
- Surrounded by shopping mall (Subang Parade, Carrefour, Empire mall) all withing walking distance. Then we have Sunway Pyramid, Summit within 10 minutes drive.
Cons
- Noisy because behind the hotel is a railway station (KTM)

Room is big, design is modern, facilities are poor
Clean, the room is big, the design is nice, right next to a shopping mall.

The facilities are poor:
1. The elevator from car park to hotel lobby are ALL out of service and not fixed after 1 full week !
2. Alternative way to hotel is through the Shopping, but both the escalator and elevator nearest to the hotel entrance are our of service !
3. Swimming Pool of the hotel only for 16 and above, how can they call themselves family friendly?
4. Booking through Agoda do not provide a proper receipt, this has created problem for me to submit the claim.
