Next to shopping mall and close to Sunway Lagoon

This is a hotel is joined with a shopping mall which you can get everything you need in a minutes. The hotel also provide shuttle service to Sunway Lagoon with 10 mins ride which make good economic sense to stay in this hotel than staying in hotels in Sunway.

for the price you're paying there's plenty of room for improvement.
hotel room is nice and spacious.
there're only 2 lifts for over 12 floors and they travel at a slow speed, the wait time is long and it's annoying.
the concierge or room service seem to be understaffed as there's constantly no one picking up the call.
room service took almost an hour to serve our order.
the amenities provided in the bathroom ain't complete, you'd have to call reception to get dental kits etc, which brings back to the earlier problem of not getting anyone on the phone.
the tv screen seems low def and looks bad, and the tv system is slow and sluggish, changing channels or mode takes too long.
parking is free for hotel guests so that's good, however after validating at the reception i'd have to validate again at the autopay machine which is redundant.
pillows are too thin and soft.
no comment on the facilities like shared swimming pool and gym with fitness first as i didn't use them.
overall for the price you're paying it isn't good value

Lovely Hotel in a good location

2nd time staying at this hotel. Simply love the decor and modern design. Service from hotel staff was very good. Breakfast wise gets a bit boring as almost the same thing every morning. Again, lift was a problem since only 2 lifts serving the whole hotel. Wait for the lift can be very long. Hotel is connected to upscale Empire Shopping Gallery, thus very convenient.

The hotel managment need to repair the lift. It's sound terrible and feel like people will lock inside.
