friendly staff, convenient car park system, huge room with a beautiful view, delicious morning breakfast especially the famous malaysia cuisine, nasi lemak! hotel gym is fitness first with a pool. awesome!
car park is shared with shopping mall, hard to find a empty lot on weekend.

Hotel lobby is interesting. The check in process is quick. However, the waiting time for the lift is very long. Hotel room design is simple and modern. The hotel room is quite noisy at night with noise from the bar and ambulance siren going through the busy road. Breakfast is average only.

the hotel is located adjacent to a shopping mall which is extremely convenient for all amenities. train station is within walking distance of 10 minutes. taxi is easily available. nicely decorated hotel with comtemporary taste. however, there is only 2 lifts and have to wait quite awhile during peak hours. room is clean, new and reasonable size with good view of subang. gym and sauna is shared with fitness first. therefore, it will be full of members using these 2 facilities beside hotel guests. breakfast is normal and service is just ok. overall, it was a nice stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.Hotel room is adequately spacious for a couple.Only wish that Kitchen Art has got more choices of food for breakfast.

great location where dining and shopping facilities are abundant.

we had a nice stay during our previous stay sometime back. on our return, it was a better experience as we chose upgrade to the dualistic room.
nice big room with a good view.more than comfortable for 4 persons in the room as we only had 3 in it. all your basic necessities included. interior was surprisingly still well maintained.
we had a lovely stay with good front desk service from Tracy and Sean.
Just minor issues, on our way out, we encountered a slight misgiving. as we were checking out, we had previously used the touch and go machine to access the initial entry for our car. on exit, we asked abt the way to exit, but were slighlty shocked at the remark of another staff that mentioned there was no way to remedy this issue. luckily, we came up with solution which was to exit using our existing card and then return it to the front desk. our misgiving was the way the staff retorted back at us saying there is no solution to this as it owuld mean paying 3 days of parking fees. which is plain ridiculous. maybe in future, there could be a sign or information to alert future hotel patrons to take the ticket instead of using the touch and go system.
Other than that slight misgiving, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Empire Subang, and look forward to future visits.
Shopping Tip:
the hotel has a shopping center that caters to most of your needs. grocery, dining places and coffee joints. if your looking to expand ur option, take a short walk to subang parade which is a stone throw away and enjoy more shopping options.

The lift service is quite slow, need to wait up to 5 mins just to get the lift to mu floor

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shopping. Ambience was quiet, except for the lobby.
Carpark lot was difficult to find near to the hotel as it was shared with the shopping centre. Management should look into it. Also, need to pay RM5 for the parking.
Variety of breakfast was not much and need to improve.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shuttle service to Subang Parade, especially good if the weather is inclement. Otherwise, it is only a short walk away.
