good customer service, but becareful on the taxi charges. room is clean and new codition, except all of the electronic equipments are not working correctly.the hotel is very far to the city kl. i couldn't tell from the web site.

helpful staff, food is okay, nice mall at its side, taxis know the place, 10-minute walk to the train station

though it's far from KL, it is very accessible via the train. the stores in its mall are a nice combination of food tenants and retail outlets.
the rooms are clean and homey.

not too many of the staff are well-versed in english. but they make it a point to cater to what we need.
the gym is great!

Great location, spacious rooms

The staff are really friendly and they made check-in and check-out really smooth and simple. The hotel is at a very great location because it is right above the Empire Mall and it makes going out for food and beverages really easy. Rooms are great though sometimes the air conditioning might not cool the room down as fast as I'd like but that isn't really a big problem.
Restaurant Tip:
You'll never go hungry if you stay at Empire because the mall below has a lot to offer.

New and clean hotel but not comfortable to stay

The hotel is new and the room is clean. However, we did not get a good night sleep. The noise combo from the bars around the hotel, railway & highway was annoying. Plus, throughout the night, we had numerous iterations of temperature cycle - warm-cold-warm-cold... the air conditioning was terrible. Also, although we were provided with non-smoking room, but the tobacco odor is everywhere - along the corridor and even inside the room. We believe it is due to poor ventilation system.
Restaurant Tip:
An Italian restaurant located in the adjacent shopping mall serves decent food.

Shopping Tip:
It is definitely a good place 1 day prior to departure as the modern mall is nearby. You have the famous Madam Kwan & modern cinemas.

The bed is not comfortable, there is no hanger in the toilet... the wall is crack... the sound proof is bad... the lights is not working... i dunno what to say anymore...
