Great hotel, comfy room
Easy to find, you just jump to lift and go to lunch etc

I stayed here because it is near to sime darby.
On the last ay, i change my room.
Surprisingly, i lost my sunglasses. They said maybe i forgot to place it somewhere else.
SIGH...
From they hotel i go to sime darby hospital using thir taxi. I stay un hospital till afternoon, and i go back to hotel. I remembered, i put my sunglasses on top of the lamp. YUP.... And i call to the rception, they cheked for me but theres nothing.
They lookingunder the bed et, ya offcourse averything was clean.
In my last room i still remember i put 1 slippers, shampoo, conitioner, cigar, a bottle of chilli, and they said. They dont see nothing. The room was clean.
So wheres that thing goes?
After i mentioned the detail everything that i leftvin that room, the housekeeping said ; yes i remember that. And i throw it away because i tought you said ou dont need it. ????
But i dont see a sunglassess SHE said.
Yes i said i dont need it to the bell boy who helped me carried my luggage not to the house keeping. GEEE!!!!
SHE doesnt have an authority to throw it my slippers without permission ( although i dont need anymore).
It is not about the price of sunglasssess, it is something that belongs to you, that somebody taken.
They said maybe inleft in the taxi. Yes the taxi only carried the pasanger to the desination and do not take a pasanger if they dont sleep in the hotel.
Very dissapointing!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Just be carefull with your stuff. Because it is become your fault when something lost like this, because my fault , forgetting my own stuff.
The front office were so nice the security also nice...
But i dont know, im still mad about a sunglass.
Is not something that you can buy again. Its a gift from someone special.

Nice and modern decorate hotel in convenient area
Location are the best, lots of restaurant and shopping place nearby.

Newly decorate hotel within prime location for eating and shopping. You can find a lot of restaurant surround here. Also nice staff with good take care.

Great location but design of room makes room small

Great location for where i was going. Taxis are easy to get, and hotel is easily recognised by returning taxis. No trouble at all. Hotel is above a shopping mall wil nice variety of shops. Restaurants too.

nice hotel but poor service
good location, nice room, great view from hotel room.

Great views from hotel room. Good location for the shopper. Because you can shop at empire, you can find anything in empire. Anyfoods or fashions. Easy to find the location and also transport. The service is a bit slow. I ordered spoons from room service, it took about 20 - 30 mins to be delivered to my room. And we have a door bell, but the staff said he knock and I didn't opened the door.but overall stay was good.
Restaurant Tip:
Not much choice in breakfast

shopping mall next door, man food outlets around (pubs included - that open till late)

entrance of the hotel isn't really visible and the hotel lobby is weirdly located on the 2nd floor.
more research has to be done to find the entrance (if you're a first time traveller to the area).
2 entrances are available - the mall entrance and the main entrance ( use the mall entrance- its easier and you can ask the security guards & info counter ).
hotel rooms are clean and pretty adequate for the pricing.
please note that the front door is pretty thin and you can hear tv sets quite clearly.
all-in-all, stay here for
-the location
-shopping mall(s)
-food (local stalls, mcdonalds, etc) that open till late
becareful of
-snatch thieves
-big roads which are dangerous to cross
-traffic jams during working hours and weekend shopping hours

Great service from staff at the check-in/reception. Always a pleasant smile, and able to answers in English. Wish I could say the same about house-keeping. We were only provided one pair of room slippers though the booking was for two persons. Requested by phone for house-keeping to provide another pair. Waited an hour before deciding to get it ourselves from the reception desk. Another couple checking-in at that moment looked at me strangely holding the slippers (and I don't blame them). Room floor was dirty - my daughter's socks were black after walking around for about 5 min. I didn't have real issues with the lift, though it was a little slow. An otherwise good stay for the price paid. Breakfast was ok. Great convenience to have a mall connected to the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you drive, remember to get the front desk to swipe your parking ticket first, and then go to the auto-pay machine to validate the card, before driving off within 15 minutes of validation.

hotel with shopping centre is a good point if you can forget about the gas explored case. nice hotel room with a small living hall.
