Hotel room is big as there is a large working space. Good for business trip. There is a shopping mall besides hotel and Carrefour is 5 mins walk also. However, room facilities are not good. My room wall mirror was broken and missing one phone set. My friend room water heator was malfunction. I believed that housekeeping should do the checking during tidy room and report any issue to maintenance department for repairing. But seems they only relied on customer help them to check on it.

Nice stay of 2D, 1N with good breakfast at a convenient location. Stayed here before in my last trip and the hotel does not disappoint.
The only disappointment is the hiccup between the reservations made via Agoda. Apparently, the bookings was not transferred to Empire in a timely manner - hence, missing out on having the room that was requested for, and having wasted hours of negotiation for a room change. Breakfast for 4 pax was also not shown on the Booking Voucher and this causes us some frustration because of the amount that has been paid.
Lucky enough, Empire was kind to upgrade us to a Family Room and compromised on 4 pax inclusive breakfast. Only thing to improve is for a prompt and more inititiave room services.

Room size is big but in-room facilities is not quite well. My room has mirror broken that I need to reported to front desk to have temperory repaired as we have kids with us. The telephone set key pad is difficult to press. Had asked for changed but same with other set. There is no instruction to show customer how to call room to room or even front desk. We need to guest.
The water pot heater also malfunction in my friend's room that have to be changed also.
The good points are hotel located not far away from Airport and there is a big shopping mall just besides hotel. Carrefour supermarket also only take 10 mins walk. Room size is big especially a good working place for businessman.

The hotel is centrally located in Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. Being fairly new, it was well maintained. The front desk was extremely helpful and was very accomodating in letting us check in early. Room service was prompt but the food was not quite up to scratch. The hotel is situated directly next to the Empire Shopping Gallery and makes it extremely convenient for travellers to hop over next door to find all their needs. A very pleasant stay.

We book three room for this hotel... the hotel room was clean and good design for the room. The Air condition was very cool...even the outside the hotel room corridor ...also very cool..The room looking like solo apartment..The hotel located in very good shopping location. You can get many nice F&B in that shopping mall. And across the street, there is another shopping mall.

New hotel with room that is modern. Convenient location to shopping as well as food. However, the walls seem thin as we got noise from adjacent rooms. The breakfast is really, really bad. Would suggest to book room without breakfast. As the hotel is located next to a shopping mall, food is plentiful. Other than that, would definitely recommend this hotel.
