Bathroom door has no lock and therefore the user is under constant stress to watch out for unsuspecting intruder like innocent toddler. Not suitable for those family with young children.
Bathroom has no ready with toothbrush kit, only provide upon request.
The cleanliness of toilet still not up to 4 stars standard.
Other than that, the room is spacious and hotel location is strategic to reach city area. Good breakfast with great view as well.

It was overall good, the hotel location is good & attached to empire shopping mall which is an ideal mall for family or dining. I do enjoy the stay, breakfast was good too. Maybe they need to improve a little on the restaurant staff number.
