Good location and clean hotel
good location which only 35+ km from KLIA. directly link to Empire shopping mall so easy to have food and other shopping. The design of the hotel is nice.

It is good experience for me to stay there because very simple for us to reach there and my suppliers in KL all know about this hotel. We can have good option of food and drink as well.

Weak WIFI signal
Poor maintained flooring, Concierge not offering to expedite check-out but asking the lady queuing behind me to another counter for check out!, Great customer service by the security guards!

Poor WIFI signal at room - I had to stand beside the door to get the signal!, Poor wooded flooring maintained, lift taking way too long to wait and I had to take the stairs when I'm in a rush, gender discrimination as concierge offer help to the lady queuing behind me, great customer service by the security guard as he assist me to bring me to the cab using anther lift that I don't have to spend 10 minutes waiting for it to bring me to ground level. He is the best impression I have during my stay.
