Good location and clean hotel
good location which only 35+ km from KLIA. directly link to Empire shopping mall so easy to have food and other shopping. The design of the hotel is nice.

It is good experience for me to stay there because very simple for us to reach there and my suppliers in KL all know about this hotel. We can have good option of food and drink as well.

It was a good stay in this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is installed with shower head (rain shower) only and hence may not convenient for guest with toddler/young child. The hotel may consider of installing handheld shower.

The room may look slightly worn (holes in curtains, chipped flooring) the kettle does not work, the safe needs to be reset by management before it could be used. These were rectified promptly and efficiently (less than 10 mins) by smiling and courteous staff. A very pleasant stay.

A pretty pleasant stay. Room is pretty good size although some of the furnishing needs better maintaining, ie. stained cushions. Counter staff are pretty friendly.
