Very good hotel. Nice and warm behavior. One good thing I must mention here is that, I ordered food at the middle of the night and I was hoping they will not be able to deliver it as it is a odd time but they did. We were overslept and forgot to order food. Most of the KL hotel, they don't take order for food after 11:00pm. They also have very good service for airport drop off.
Bit far from the airport.
I was there last week for one night. It was a really nice and clean hotel. We went to the swimming pool. Swimming pool was also good. But the gym was not working. Very good hotel to a single night stay. We took the breakfast. Menu was good but the way served it was bit confusing. So if you are going to stay there, first take a look to the whole breakfast menu and then you should decide which one you are going for.
Hotel Feature Tip : Good hotel for a single night stay

The hotel is basically very clean and comfortable, not too far from the airport.
Pick up and drop off charges at airport is very expensive considering the distance..should come as a package for guests staying at the hotel or at a very much better rate cos its per head not per trip. No thermostat control for aircon in room and to those who cant stand the cold, not adviseable to stay as you will freeze to death!! First time I came across a present day hotel without an aircon thermostat control. Staff not friendly enough...we have to carry our own luggage into the car and out of the car when arrived at airport...driver just looked!
Overall stay was ok...room spacious and clean and the weekend rate was reasonable but once you add in the pick up and drop off charges..then its not cheap anymore. I really feel the staffs should be more friendly as I dont see much smiles on their faces. Management should really consider installing a termostat control for aircon for individual rooms for the comfort of guests because as it is you dont have a choice...either you were frozen or have a comfortable room temperature without the electricty i.e. no TV, no water heater and lights as the only way is to pull out the keycard to keep away from the cold!

Staff very flexible and friendly
Air Cond does not work very well. Room Quite Tired.
I stayed here on a stopver. The hotel is around 15-20 minutes from the airport, not 11 minutes as advertised. The location of the hotel is not great, that is not a lot to do in the area. The staff however were quite nice. They did not mind my early check in and their transfer rates to the airport was quite reasonable.
