Functionality plus!
Perfectly geared up for the in-transit traveller, Well appointed rooms
9
Excellent efficient service. Check-in was ultra-quick (actually the clerk was amazingly fast on the keyboard-a real performer and a great help). He anticipated every step of our needs for an early flight.
The restaurant is open all hours and the staff are, again, very efficient and the food reasonably priced and tasty.
The room was more than adequate (clean, comfortable and roomy) and good value.
Highly recommended, unless you really need to get to a room fast after landing!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Check-in clerk is a top performer-worth more money!

Great for a quick stay
close to airport, shuttle service to airport, quick service at desk, breakfast, clean
8.3
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Because we were leaving earlier the next day than breakfast started, they had breakfast ready to go. The shuttle service was very convenient taking us directly to the airport dropping us right where we needed to be. The concierge was efficient and helpful, Overall, an excellent place to stay when you have to catch an early flight the next day.

Ok location for LCCT
Location, friendly staff, reasonable food.
5.7
OK location for LCCT, friendly but dated and in need of renovation. Not a place to stay more than one night.

Good for F1 or overnight stay only.
close to klia or sepang. Only purpose was for overnight flight connection stay.
5.7
Roi Roi restaurant opposite the hotel serves great chinese dishes if you are looking for food around the area. There are also numerous launderettes around the hotel for you to wash your clothes if don't want to pay expensive rates at the hotel. The hotel laundry service end quite early as well which defeats the purpose.
The hotel rooms are poorly ventilated hence the cigarette smoke smell and the furniture is outdated.
Notice that Air-Asia flight crew are sent there to stay.
The wireless internet connection does not work in the rooms. you'll have to go to the lobby area.
Restaurant Tip:
Roi Roi restaurant has great chinese dishes. Just don't order their Hokkien Noodle.

Foyer was attractive, but nothing else was.
3.3
Arriving after a tiring flight and taxi ride, we were watched by staff who left us to struggle in with our luggage. Our room was unattractive, needed refurbishment, and had poor quality thin towels with no hand towels supplied. Serious maintenance was needed .eg door deadlock not working, water leaking from around toilet bowl, loose shower head, room safe not working and broken electric kettle. The area is very noisy at night and windows are not double glazed. We were on the 10th floor and the traffic and local residents' noise still kept us awake till early morning. Buffet breakfast was barely adequate.

I have been check-in to the room at the first floor which the meeting/conference rooms are. During my stay, there are noises from the conference rooms which I believe there was a function there until night time. The condition of the room is just ok but not worth the price pay for. I think the price is high due to the location near to KLIA. The bathroom is good. Good water pressure and had a very great shower there.

Cheap hotel with flaws
Cheap only when there is a discount. Spacious bathroom.
6
- there are no non-smoking rooms which means rooms smell of tobacco ash.
- in-room wi-fi does not work. Must use from lobby.
- old and outdated furniture.
- Did not receive reply from Hotel regarding request for a non-smoking room.
Travel tip:
- It's about RM47 from LCCT to the hotel.
- The hotel has a airport shuttle for RM15 pp one way departing hourly to LCCT. It will take 30mins.

Efficient stop over hotel
Efficient checkin, clean rooms, good service
6.7
We stayed overnight, as our connection with AirAsia was overnight only. The Tunes hotel was booked up well in advance. This hotel was the next closest. It was a good 30 minute drive from the airport. So add up the costs and work it out for yourselves. The only good thing is they are set up for rapid transit passengers and the rooms and the checkin were all ready to go. A few local eating places around the hotel, but close early, mostly Malaysian beer kedai pretty hard to find a decent feed outside of the hotel. Otherwise a quick pleasant stay.
Restaurant Tip:
It coming in late, just eat at the hotel. The food is relatively cheap and you can get a beer, despite the feeling the place is quite muslim
