Cheap, smoky room clost to airport

Hotel was easy to book on line, but the room was smoky and there was no shuttle service to the Malaysia airline terminal. The the discount airlines, yes, to the big carriers, no.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay in the hotel, sleep the best you can and get out - not a place that you want to spend much time.

Place was quite unorganIsed. Had to wait 4 hours for a room then it didnt have the extra bed. The staff dont really speak good english either apart from that really nice place. I would stay there again. Perfect location for shopping and food and the bar does two for one cocktails!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go elephant trekking and to phuket fantasea show! Both must sees!!

the hotel is not very near to airport, but the hotel shuttle bus can receive you at airport, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. the room is simple, just for sleep only. breakfast is very nice, compare to other seem standard hotel.

Noisy hotel, bad location

this hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport and everything around it closes early. room service sandwich was soggy but we were starving and everything was closed. buffet breakfast will keep you alive. the walls are thin so it's quite noisy (we could hear the phone ringing 3 doors down) and were woken at 5 in the morning by loud speakers outside blaring morning prayer. shuttle to airport (15 r/person) was cheaper than the cab ride (50 r) but people were sitting on top of each other to get there. overall, stay somewhere closer to the airport if you're in transit.

Staff were so rude! Especially the female staff. The room was dirty and there was only one power point in the whole hotel room. The shower was luke warm and I had to boil water in the kettle to have a proper wash.

We were only there one night.

No airport pickup, no apology at the reception desk, no information book in the room, no way to turn off the entry light without turning off the power altogether, no way any of the linen, towels or net curtains could ever be called white, no tv reception on English speaking channels, no way the restaurant staff could ever cope with a full restaurant when 2 staff members couldn't serve 2 customers within 20 minutes, not very close to either airport. No way I will ever be back!

this is a nice comfortable hotel conveniently located close to lcct, which for the short stopover we had on this trip to kl was perfect for us. the rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were friend and helpful.

Had no help with luggage, no offer with early breakfast.
Won't be booking to stay on the way back.
Travel tip:
Always get transfers to much hassel with getting taxi.
