No fridge in the room , no adjustable air-con
This was my return stay at this hotel. When I stayed here at the start of my holiday I was very tired so didn't see much of the place.
this time around I really enjoyed it here , had a swim in the rooftop pool , had a walk around the local shops and the local food is very nice.
good views from the upper floors , and very clean and staff are friendly.
Good stopover hotel , only MR 15 for transit to the airport
Restaurant Tip : Eat at the local restaurants , cheap and beautiful food

Not too far from airport, decent breakfast, affordable
Not that close to airport neither, simple
It was an OK stay, nothing much to say about that, it did what it was supposed to do for little money, convenient in a word. breakfast was OK

perfect breakfast, nice swimming pool on the roof, friendly stuff
the restaurants and shops around the hotel area close at ten... be aware
there`s some differences between the rooms, some of them are huge, and some smaller, in the bigger ones you get also toothbrush, shower gel, body lotion, there`s also fridge, this things are missed in the smaller ones. some rooms are with nice view of the jungel, but some are wall view... the stuff is friendly, wifi sometimes works, sometimes doesn`t. the breakfast is great, a wild variety of food.good value for your money ...
Nightlife Tip : no nightlife at all, everything closes at ten pm.

Empress sepang hotel is a good hotel. Easy to find food around the hotel.
The location is still a bit far from airport, not like as advertised in the internet.
The Empress Sepang hotel is worth for the money. The room size is very big (I took the family room type) and it is as I expected. The breakfast open earlier than the other hotels so it is helpful for me and also for other passengers that have very early ticket in the morning. But the location is awkward, not too close neither to airport nor to Sepang F-1 location. It is hard to find transportation.
Travel tip : The internet connection is expensive.
And if you want to find food late at night is difficult, so better prepare before. But it is very convinient to find anything around the hotel.

around 20mins ride from LCCT, reasonable ride for transit
not many facilities and tidiness could be improved
poor that room temperature is centralized and not adjustable, it was too cold for my stay
I arrived Kuala Lumpur in mid-night and took around RM70 taxi to the hotel, which was relatively expensive when compared to the room rate. As it only takes 45 min to any city hotel around KLCC, I'd suggest to stay in KL center indeed

Close to the KL airport, shuttle service
not clean rooms, very old and shabby, had to wait 1 hour for the shuttle to the hotel
We stayed at this hotel as a quick overnight stop over before heading to our next destination early in the morning. I would not stay here again. The shuttle service is nice to have, but it is not free $15 per person round trip and you have to wait for a long time. It only runs 1x an hour. English speaking staff was minimal, although friendly. The room was very shabby and there were stains on the sheets. avoid if possible.
Travel tip : there is a tune hotel closer to the airport and it looks brand new,

nice rooftop swimming pool , great views, buffet breakfast, cleanliness
We stayed in the Empress as a stopover on the way to Manila.
Lots of restaurants around with great local food at very good prices.
The rooftop pool is nice and has great views , I wish I had brought my binoculars as you could see the airport from our window.
This hotel is very comfortable , and if you are just after a quiet stopover it is fine and affordable, the budget taxis which are fine , cost about 40 MR from the airport , and the hotel transit is 15 MR per head.
Restaurant Tip : Across the main road there is a restaurant that does beautiful Roti Chanai , cooked in front of you , and it comes with 3 small curries and a soup , all this for .90 MR that is about 30 Australian cents

Considered near to KLIA and LCCT
No internet access,
no fridge in the room
Less than 10 TV channel are watchable
Very high price tag.
I stay in KL for 15 years. My job required me to travel a lot. This is the first time I stay in Empress Hotel Sepang.
I book a taxi from KL to Sepang,it took only 45 min. to KLIA but it took me about an hour to find the hotel.I download the map from Empress hotel website and both of us taxi driver and me also confused. There are no proper signboard to show the way and the map are totally out.
When I m arrived,I need to repply an urgent E-mail to my customer, the staff tell me that there are no internet access to the internet.
For the price that I paid, I can actualy rent a 4 star hotel room in KL city. And there are no fridge in the room.
I rent this hotel for 2 reason:
need to catch an early flight
near to KLIA
I think I will not book this hotel any more in the future.
And last I hope the hotel can upgrade the hotel room if it is charging the customer for such a high price.

clean large room, plenty of hot water, friendly staff, computer access in lobby, shuttle to both airports for 15MYR
you have no control over the air-conditioning in the room - it was very cold in there and I need to wear a jacket and jeans, shuttle to airport doesn't run early in the morning
for the price I paid I felt the hotel was good value as the rooms were nice and big and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. There temperature in the room has no thermostat to be able to control it to a desired level. This meant the room was very cold. The shuttle bus service to both airports is very handy and good value eg 15MYR instead of the 50MYR we had to pay coming from the airport. There are some small eateries nearby serving local cuisine and a 7 Eleven and KFC. Good place if in transit.

Wifi was not working, room temperature was very cold and its not adjustable and minimal blankets provided
We stayed here in transit between flights. We arrived late at night, no shops or restaurants open. Its more like 10km from airport. Staff did not go out of their way to be helpful. Wifi not working. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. No safe. Breakfast not included. Room service was very good. Air conditioning in room was very high and there was no thermostat control in the room to turn it off. Only one thin blanket and sheet per bed.
Restaurant Tip : If arriving late, after 9pm at the hotel, eat before you arrive to check in.
