Good location, supportive staff
Good locations near airports with amenities around the hotel, We arrived at 1am and the reception staff made it easy and fast to settle us in, fantastic support and service by them. Would definitely stay there again.

Awful Hotel
Very Not Recommended hotel, compare the hotel rating with the hotel condition were not equal, Over Rating hotel from Agoda. 1. There are no shuttle bus from KLIA, just available from KLIA 2( it's ok). 2. After arrive at hotel no helper or bell boy for helping luggage. 3. Bad Attitude from the front desk while check in. 4. Room condition was awful, with dirty carpet, smelly room, bathroom with no bath soap or shampoo and the condition was awful. 5. Dirty bed with thin blanket. 6. Room air conditioner so cold and didn't have a temperature/wind controller. 7. Hotel can't book a meter taxi to KLIA, but hotel will offer their taxi which is the same taxi meter taxi you can find at Grab and Airport. The hotel will offer with fix price for 90-100 Ringgit, which is 3 times the metered price, from hotel to KLIA just need 35 Ringgit.
