Bad location
located inside a Taman, nothing to do nearby, feel unsafe at night, small swimming pool, very outskirt, old furniture and bed. Staff service still ok.

lack of cleanliness
dirty curtain..no pipe or pail in the toilet.as muslims family we need all that type of toiletries for our hygience.very dissapointed when go to toilet

Poor maintenance
Water of air condition dripping, called receptionist few times however maintenance person not coming to fix it. Lucky changed to another room.

Need improvement
I stayed a night here before catching up a flight on the next day. Room condition not as per website photo. Furnitures are a bit worn down. I observed that there are quite a lot of foreign workers walking, wandering & motoring around the entrance of the hotel.

Same time arrived with travel group and queing one by one, suggest travel group collect all room key and distribute which practice most of the hotel.
