Easter weekend for tappers
1) convenience 2) value for money 3) comfort
A total of 30 of us in 4 rooms. It was an excellent trip and fabulous accommodation.

Not recommended if you are travelling with car
we spent almost one hour inside the car park just to look up for a carpark lot, the parking lots is very limited and very small, not suitable if you are driving a big car. after checked with the receptionist, we were asked to park at Starhill carpark, we have to carry our luggage all the way from starhill to the suite, which is very inconvenience! the suite is located at bukit bintang, although the location is great, but travelling with a car, you have to be prepared to jam at the queue especially if you are travelling during the weekend. overall, not recommended and consider the time we spent, it is not worth the money we paid.

All was alright. Since it was a service apartment, they could provide a broom in d room, at least.

A hassle for those who drive
Carpark is under renovation that makes it very inconvenient for those who drive. Bukit Bintang area there is always congested. Inconvenient for those who have lots of luggages. No taxi service. Good location to shop where there are lots of shopping haven but when it rains there's no shelter even to the next building.

Good location
Great location, nearby Pavilion KL.. Appartment has kitchen, great place when you bring along big family with small children.

Not so nice
The place is just ok for me and it is a bit run down. The breakfast is very expensive for just bee hoon goreng, samosa, telur mata kerbau, fishball sambal, toast bread, cheap cereal, lychee cordial cold drink, cofee & tea at RM25 for adult & RM15 for children. To have breakfast we need to go to other side of the building at 14 floor in a very small room. The breakfast taste bad......Car park at the building need to be paid by yourself if you want to go out from the building for many time . The hotel only will pay RM10 for parking when you check out..the rest of the balance need to be paid by yourself....very weird....guest of hotel should never paid for parking at all.....do not like it at all(the staff just keep quite about parking not even ask if I have a parking ticket that they need to validate or pay for it. Only when I ask they only inform.....so not really friendly). The room condition is run down but luckily the bed sheet is clean....not agree to pay for RM288++ inclusive tax & service charge for the room whereas you can get more nicer room at this price.

On the whole its satisfactory. Best of all is the location.
On arrival we were put in a delux suite. To our horror it only had one bathroom attached between two rooms & expected to be shared by 4 adults. The air condition in one room was not working & the room looked dim & dismal. When we complained we were told by one male staff that it was what we asked for when we booked. When we checked the offer, it wasn't stated that the delux suite had only one toilet. It was verified when we checked the advertisement that the same applied to junior suite except for the difference in the room tariff. Fortunately one kind lady staff brought the matter to the management & by the courtesy of the management, we were relocated to a junior suite which was a lot better with an attached bathroom in the master bedroom though the sprinkler needed fixing & an outside bathroom for the other room. The room was spacious, bright & clean. We had an enjoyable stay altho the noise which probably came from the air con compressor outside the bedroom can be quite disturbing especially at night when turning in to sleep. We rate 70% for the junior suite but less for the deluxe suite. Our suggestion is when promoting, the advertisement on facilities must be made clear. Thank you.
