Good location with spacious rooms
living room where everyone can gather and have a good time

The water pressure for shower is a bit weak and the warmth of the water is a bit hard to adjust. During your stay, the house-keeping service does not include cleaning your kitchenware. Only one key is provided which is quite inconvenient with 6 people staying in a suite.

enjoyable stay, staff were lovely.
6.3
stayed for ten days, entrance hard to find if you haven't got a taxi driver who is familiar with the place. the foyer could do with some modernising, the staff were very friendly and helpful, my friend joined us unexpectedly, two days in to our trip, and it wasn't a problem to upgrade to a larger suite, which was a lot nicer than a single room, worth doing, two bedroom with kitchen dinning, and lounge. swimming pool was good, also could do with some modernising, the hairdresser at pool level, is fantastic, had colour, highlights and treatment for just over, double that in perth! little super market down stairs is open 24/7 great breakfast across road at( the loaf) and the food hall at the bottom of pavilion shopping centre is brilliant and so cheap. over all an enjoyable stay.
Shopping Tip:
best and cheapest mall is Time Square, one stop on monorail.
central markets are fantastic, a little more expensive than china town, but air con is a bonus.take the free bus KL GO, takes you to all the major spots. green line and purple line, bus,s are all purple tho! girlfriend and i waited for green bus, that never came!

Choice of conveniences
Easily access to the shopping malls

The room is big and clean, big bed and comfortable, the security is good, the view from the room is also nice. the bathroom is complemented with the all the shampoo and soap. The most pleasant of the room is we didn't smell the smoke like the other hotels.
Shopping Tip:
Pavillion is just opposite of the Hotel, there sre other malls like Lot 10, Sungei Wang and Time Square are just surrounding that area.

Homely Relaxing & Comfortable Place to stay
Feeling like at home while travelling
8.7
This was the first time but I will go back to stay at this hotel. It is a kind of serviced apartment in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It made me feel homely while in holiday. The room was spacy and nicely set up. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. The staff was nice, served with smiles, except a reception guy working in the night shift (he needs to learn how to smile and be friendly to guests).
The building itself is a shopping centre – Fahrenheit 88 (lower floors), with a lot shops and restaurants. From the hotel, I could get to my favourite shopping centres, Pavilion, Lot 10 in minutes. What a nice place to stay!
Hotel Feature Tip:
All the powerpoints in the room are in Malaysian standard. Therefore you do need an electric power converter to use your stuff.
Laundry at the hotel is quite expensive. You can take a short walk (5 mins) from your left when you are getting out of the hotel to do laundry at the place called “Happy Laundry”
