nice room but old building
well refurbished and comfortable room

my superior room was upgraded to two-bedroom deluxe - very spacious and looks new. unfortunately the walk to the hotel building from Fahreinheit shopping mall is secluded and not advisable for single ladies. The hotel building is not fully refurbished. the lifts and ceiling need more than a face-lift.
Travel tip:
Lot 10 wu tong, Pavilion food court or take the monorail to the next stop at Imbi. Food is not a problem at Bkt Bintang.

the hotel is very good . the room quite big and many shopping mall around. but one thing is very inconvenient is the wash room.. juz have one wash room,so need to wait one by one to go to use it.

good location but not nice to stay

very good location, access to shoping and lrt, this has been renovated recently, the last timew i stay there also having the same problem
this time round same happens at midnight some one tries to open the door. as this is apartment, so the door will not lock itself after cloed and you have to press the knob to lock it or you latch it, if you are use to hotels, then bless you, not sure what is going to happens when someone open the door.
the rooms although renovated but stil not as good, internet is chargable, you need to change lift at the 5th floor lobby, etc
if you going for apartment for family ithink somersetis better choice if you can pay 30% more.

great location for shopping which is right beside pavillion, and below itself is a shopping mall.Definitely a big yes for shoopers.
Carpark is big,bright and safe(with cctv) as it is combined with the mall carpark.
Suites equipped with complete utensil set,plates,etc.u can order deliveries or cook for urself.

affordable hotel in a good location

i have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and i am very happy with the stay as the location is in the golden triangle in kl. this is one of the most affordable places to stay if you are coming with family members and prefer to cook your own meal.
the hotel is located just opposite the pavillion, and very nearby to other shopping malls. will reccomend this hotel to families who are coming to kl for shopping.

Great Location with spacious suites
The Hotel is at the heart of Bukit Bintang where is accessable to major departmental stores and food eateries

Generally, I feel great with the overall experience during my stay of 3 nights there until I found out from my parents that the helper of the hotel made comment of "too little tips given when they help to bring thier luggage to the room".
