Good location for shopping area
I felt glad that when i request to change my room which have two single bed room, they upgrade my room to suite since i only booked standard room.

Nicely located at the heart of the shopping areas and night life, easy access to other areas such as KLCC and KL Sentral as well as Damansara, free ride provided by the City to other transportation mode (LRT, KLIA Express) for easy exploration of other part of the city

Was upgraded to a family room with kitchenette. Had two nites of fairly peaceful restful sleep. Limited cable tv. Channels which
Mysteriouly breaks dwn or cut off intermittentently frm 10pm. My bugbear is room water heater which does not come on easily.
Housekeeping wld switch it off when they clean the room. Overall a nice property with link to mall beside bldg.

No major complaints. The rooms were simple and basic. Not a bad thing. But the furnitures needs upkeeping. Stains could be found on the sofa. The wall looks like it need a new coat of paint. But the horific thing I found was ants. There were loads of ants around the sink. We left our sandwich beside the sink and in minutes, the ants came. And I was surprised being a service apartment, there was no service provided to wash the used cutleries.
