great location for shopping which is right beside pavillion, and below itself is a shopping mall.Definitely a big yes for shoopers.
Carpark is big,bright and safe(with cctv) as it is combined with the mall carpark.
Suites equipped with complete utensil set,plates,etc.u can order deliveries or cook for urself.

affordable hotel in a good location

i have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and i am very happy with the stay as the location is in the golden triangle in kl. this is one of the most affordable places to stay if you are coming with family members and prefer to cook your own meal.
the hotel is located just opposite the pavillion, and very nearby to other shopping malls. will reccomend this hotel to families who are coming to kl for shopping.

Great Location with spacious suites
The Hotel is at the heart of Bukit Bintang where is accessable to major departmental stores and food eateries

Generally, I feel great with the overall experience during my stay of 3 nights there until I found out from my parents that the helper of the hotel made comment of "too little tips given when they help to bring thier luggage to the room".

Lovely hotel within Golden Triangle

I was satisfied with the stays in this suites as it is fully equipped with all the basic amenities and the room was perfectly cleaned too. However, one thing that was imperfect was the parking fees, the hotel management would only reimbursed per day to the guest only, which is deem insufficient as the guest would need to fork out more than that to cover a 24 hours parking charges. I hope the management could review on this seriously.

Great Bedrooms

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. We loved it very much. A slight problem on the 2 lifts outside whereby the hotel guests are supposed to check-in onto the 5th Flr (about 5-10 mins); takes longer than the standard hotel. The rooms are well renovated and nicely smell rooms. The receptionst trained and bell boys are very helpful and friendly.
Shopping Tip:
Nearer distance to Pavillion Shopping Mall and walking distance to SG Wang/BB Plaza Malls

Lousy apartments only good because of the size

Getting to the rooms required some knowledge in topography. You needed to cut through the mall, head up to some elevators at the corner, then cross the swimming pool to reach the main lobby. Please note that this is a condominium turned serviced apartment. The only pro is that the space is HUGE. The cleanliness was something that could be debated on as well. I'll never, ever, stay here again.

Security problems. Lack of it

FAHRENHEIT SUITES: bad because of security problems (If you carried a horn alarm & a door jam to block neighboring rooms,
ENTRANCE: make sure to enter on Jalan Bukit Bintang; taxi dropped us off behind the Fahrenheit shopping mall, so we were almost locked out of the hotel when the mall closed at 10 pm
ROOM INTERIOR: clean & modern; well-furnished kitchen with dishes & big fridge; big TV; comfortable sofas & beds; nice shower stall
HALLWAYS: too isolated & dingy; looked like a place for muggings
DANGER: door linking apts not secure enough;
POOL: located outside of lobby so you might not have to stay in the hotel to swim
NOISY: can hear neighbors above & next door
OTHER: Fahrenheit 88 shopping mall was disappointingly small (only 2 of 3 floors open), so I didn't have to stay in the hotel above it to shop
