It was a pleasant stay at the hotel with a reasonable price i.e. value for money. My daughter love the swimming pool. Overall for my standard it's worth the money.

Great location, Large rooms, minimal service

This is the second time we're using the hotel. We had a room on the 19th floor, so it gave reasonable views, and we were not bothered by traffic noise.
The need to change elevators at the 5th floor to access your rooms can get rather irritating quickly - especially as the elevators are old and slow (and some buttons don't light up)
Mornings always havae a large bunch of people waiting to go down.
Signages in the car-park are almost non-existant, and it's quite easy to get into the wrong set of lifts.
The great, really central location does make up for much of this however.
Hotel Feature Tip:
1) If possible, book early. I tracked the prices for about 3 months from the time we had initial plans to the time we actually booked, then travelled. Early bookings can save you up to 50% of the room rates compared to booking 2-3 weeks ahead.
2) For the 3-room units, the xx0 units have attached bathrooms (one with one, 2 sharing one), whilst the xx5 units have only one room with attached bathroom, the other bathroom opening to the "living room"

Great location but bare room

3 of u booked the 2-bedroom suite. Size is big but condition is so-so. Rather old and bedsheets not the cleanest. No facilities like a hotel as it's more a service apt. Best part is the excellent location for shopping & pigging out in KL.

it is a very convenient hotel to stay. especially for a group of friends or big family. room space are big enough. but then our check in time was delayed until 5pm. all of us need to take our belongings together to hang around for few hours before we can check in. besides, the staff keep on use the unpolite tonality talk to us as they don't have room available for us to check in.

This hotel is located in a center shopping district in Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes walks to major shopping center ie Pavillion, Sungai Wang, Times Square. Hotel is nice overall but a little bit rowdy as there are many "working ladies" walking in and out of hotel. Good place to stay but don't expect 5 star quality. Will return, value for money

hotel service is very bad. receptionist is not friendly at all.. housekeeping is not 24hrs.. wifi is not available in the room itself.. its not worth the cash.. not recommended if u wanna find a place to relax and for family activities.. too late checking in.. and staffs is very stern about their decision and didn't even bother to solve my needs.. they didn't have any extra bed when I've already requested upon booking.

Check in at 5pm and room is not ready yet. Elevator and coridor is old, but the room is OK. Nothing much to be expected but the great location at Bukit Bintang area, next to Pavilion Mall.

Entrance to apartment through shopping mall, got difficulties since the gate is open on 10am. Room is not ready until 5pm to checked-in. After check-in the room still dirty and dusty. Only location is great.
