Lousy reception!

Nothing much to say!

Really disappointed with this studio suite.No proper reception at all as we were unaware that this studio suite was actually someone's!! 2 lady agents were sent instead to give us the unit key with no contact whatsoever!No heater,no shower curtain, no toiletries except 2 hand soaps provided, no telephone, basically no room amenities.With the price we paid, we could have settled comfortably in a good hotel.
