The floor was absolutely filthy... after taking a nice shower and walking around for a bit, the base of my feet turned black literally from all the dust. i think housekeeping may have forgotten to mop the floor.
Other than that, for the price, it is a very affordable serviced residence.
Location is a bit hard to find because it is behind intermark and people may need to U-turn to find its location. furthermore there is another Fairlane in Bukit Bintang that can be mistakened for the same hotel.
Astro decoder does not work.

Quiet
Comfortable, Near to City, Good Bed
8.3
It is quite an empty service residence, which is good because you'll be the only one using the facilities. The breakfast is a small buffet, which is ok. You can buy it at RM15 per person. One thing i hate about this place is, they only allow one laptop/device to use the internet. To add to that, the place has low mobile phone coverage.

Cheap and affordable
Cheap and affordable, ample visitors parking space.

Astro decoder was not working. Second bedroom Air Conditioning was not working and it was blowing hot air.
Other than that, rooms were large and very comfortable.

Rooms not clean, overpriced
3.3
This is one of the worst serviced apartments that we've stayed in.
We saw daddy longlegs and red ants everywhere after we checked into the apartment. Rubbish from previous guests was not cleared.
The bathroom and main bedroom had strands of hair. There was also a hardened grain of rice (besides hair strands) on the bed in the main bedroom.
As it was quite late at night, we decided not to change room but to get housekeeping to do a thorough cleanup the next day.
The next morning, 3 men from housekeeping turned up while we were getting ready to go out so we told them to come back half an hour later.
When we returned to the apartment that night, nothing was done.
By then, ants were crawling in our luggage, clothes, laptops etc. When we called reception, we were told that housekeeping had stopped work at this time of the night.
The next day, housekeeping turned up while we were out, but all they did was to replenish the drinking water, toilet paper and cleared the rubbish in the bin left by the previous guests. They did not do any cleaning at all as dust remained on table tops and ants continued their roaming around the apartment.
And, except for the helpful lady at Reception the first night we checked in, we were made to feel that we were creating trouble by Reception during the rest of our stay, whenever we called or visited the front desk.
This place is definitely overcharging when they cannot even provide a clean room.

Quiet hotel in good location; great for biz trips
Well appointed rooms; well-equipped kitchen; great for long-term stays
5.7
Check-in was fussless; room was surprisingly well-structured and equipped, with a fully functional kitchen - even had a built-in oven!

Quite modern hotel with slightly mixed service
swimming pool, washing machine
6
Location is good, about 10 min by walk from Petronas Twin Towers. Service is fine, but not so fast in urgent cases, slightly mixed. Breakfast has limited range of goods. Swimming pool is located on the 9-th floor and has a spectacular view. General feeling - modern apartment for businessman.
