Arrived late and receptionist personally escorted us to our apartment which was more than adequate for our needs. The apartment consisted os two bedrooms, a lounge room and a large, fully equiped kitchen. It is a gentle 10 minuted walk to the Petronas Towers and the associated shopping mall and there are several fast food outlets minutes away.The pool area is also very nice. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

I booked for a 1night getaway in K.L. With a 2yr old in mind, decided to book this for the ease of cooking his food, washing his clothes, and the fantastic reviews moved me to book this apartment. All 6 adults + 1 infant, lived comfortably in the 1+1 bedroom premier. It's spacious, sleek deco, fairly clean (bathroom drain was a little choked with hair) new utensils & furniture, we are so pleasantly surprised by this place. We weren't allowed early check-in, and the process was a little confusing, i guess bcos it's a service apartment. The infinity pool can probably be compared to singapore marina bay sands top-deck pool. with a relaxing view of the bustling city, for beautiful swim. the eatery is a small one, and not commercially crowded like a normal hotel wld be. so it's perfect. it feels like home away from home. I would book this again for a longer stay & recommend anyone to stay here, if they are into quiet life in a big city, and attending to the needs (clean clothes, child food, pool, safe place, pool) of a child.
Shopping Tip:
KLCC is just a simple 5mins drive away. for my husband who is not used to K.L's road, driving to the mall was such a breeze. For by taxi, tell them 'jalan tun razak, jalan aman'...can go through 'jalan sejahtera'. most doesn't know 'jalan aman' itself where this place is.

Good location but sub par service

The place & room was nice, good size for small family. Lift system was bad, my family was trapped in the lift a few times as the system was faulty. Breakfast was pathetic. There was a phone but no numbers to call for assistance fm reception or housekpg service. The reception staff was not helpful, when i asked for late chk-out, they just said "no, the hotel have arrivals". FYI the hotel was empty during wknds, arrivals on sunday?? The excuse was absurd. Insisted and i get 1pm, not impressed. Luckily i booked early & get low price, if i paid full price, i'd be extremely unhappy.

It is a average apartment hotel. Nothing special except spacious living room and big pool. Breakfast is very poor. Rooms are not very clean (especially toilets). Rooms are without carpets and feels not so comfortable.

Stayed 3 nights. Excellent service oriented staff. Nice comfortable bedding. great breakfast. Secure. In close proximity to touristic places.Half the price of a reasonable 4 star hotel. All in all great value for money.

services apartment was a bit hard to find as it was in a side street (behind doubletree by hilton).
location is very close to ampang park station, the footbridge to the station is being renovated so we had to cross the road -care if with children.
very close to klcc.
the room was spacious, clean and very opened.
breakfast was fair - nt many choices but it's served on level 9 which is where the infinity pool is so the view was really nice.
overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. I was upgraded to a premier apartment. It was spacious, clean with great service and on a high floor with spectacular views. It felt like a home away from home. I only stayed there for one night and regret not staying there longer. The location was also also situated within a few minutes walking distance of shopping malls.

I stay in this service apt with my husband and my 2 kids. We had 2 bedrooms, the rooms where clean and very nice decorated. The hotel is about 7 blocks from the Petronas .there's only one very small restorant in the hotel but mamy mamy places to eat at walking distance. The staff is friendly.
