Location, service, affordability rooms needs a bit more improvement, need a wider variety for breakfast. I often use this hotel when i am on business in KL. It is well located in the centre of KL city in close proximity to markets, shopping malls, eating houses and more. The hotel itself is a bit old but the service is excellent i always enjoy my stay at THE FEDERAL.

nice room , locate at bukit bintang road , near store open 24 hours and great breakfast. The reception very slow when check in..Because old hotel , need renovation. I checked in and they gave us the third floor with a window facing backyard and no sunshine ( they have 19 floor ) , so we did not knew it already morning.The next day , I request to change to upper floor because the pub at the M floor was very noisy that wake me up and they gave us the upper floor with window city view. ..If stay at superior room , ask for room with window city view.
Shopping Tip : 24 hours store near hotel and other shopping mall,,shortcut to the famous Berjaya Times Square from back hotel..also near the Bukit Bintang KL MONORAIL..expenvise travel with taxi because they don't use taxi's meter..

The carpark is outside of hotel in complex Low Yat! The location of this hotel is excellent, heart of
popular shopping area.
Easily to get delicious food at oppersite of jalan Ah Lor...
Nightlife Tip : In " The Ship" restorance at 2nd floor got live band is good...!
