it was just bad experince for me, but at the end i gut a room which was just good enough for 1 night to sleep

room which was located to bukit bintage was very noisy. room wasnt clean, old tv, old bed,

Rooms are big for family

No consistency of opening hours of the swimming pool.

Federal is the central district in Bukit Bintang where we can go anywhere within the area. It is convenient for shopping, food, entertainment and spa relaxing. Night life is really happening with full of music, street shopping with imitation goods of good quality. Food are fantastics range from Asian, Eastern and Western food. Coming back is definitely a must!

location is good

The front desk staff are unhelpful.They just told u to take a taxi to anywhere u want. Not friendly at all. The room was extremely cold even the air cod was turned off.

The front desk staff's attitude needed to be improved!
