great location with just few min walk to bb mall, sungei Wang, low yat plaza n etc

Requested for a non smoking n high floor room although they did give me a room in the non smoking area but due to the pub down stair u can hear the performance sing loud n clear if u are a light sleeper or early sleeper u should request for q quiet area other wise the Room is perfect. Overall I'm happy with the service location of the hotel and will definitely choose federal for my next stay for the trip.

great location but very troublesome to eccess parking, no car park at all, have to go to shopping center next 2 blocks from hotel. room is quite small and a little disappointed because not as shown in wedsite, really misleading pictures shown in wedsite.

The hotel service was great and the proximity to major eating and shopping areas was a big plus to the hotel guests as it means we do not need to drive or take transportation to eat and shop. Free parking provided near the hotel allows you to drive out beyond KL and using this hotel as a good pit stop in KL.

Great location for shopping and clubbing

Easy to find the hotel as it is situated at the heart of Bukit Bintang. The location is awesome. 5 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square and the IT haven in Kuala Lumpur is situated just beside the hotel. Nice swimming pool to dip on a hot afternoon. Clubbing scenes are everywhere near the hotel. Easy to find food too.
However, there are a few cons. The carpark is not located below the hotel but situated at a shopping centre nearby. There is no gym for customers to work out.

Great location but poor acoustics

The location is good but the acoustics of the room is terrible. Its not possible to sleep well in the room as you can hear the loud music from the adjacent property. Also acoustics within room in not adequate. We used to stay at the concorde regularly which is as central as this- but still close. We deeply regret the decision. This is not value for money.
