The hotel was quite big and a little 'impersonal'. The rooms were comfortable and to be expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was OK although I prefer the local food that is available outside the hotel along Jalan Alor or Imbi. Location is it's strongest point as it is near BB Plaza, Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Low Yat Plaza. However, it is a long walk to the Pavilion.

Enjoyed our stay here. Would return again. Within walking distance of all shopping malls and eateries. Staff lovely and always helpful Concierge staff exceptionally helpful and jolly.
At the back/rear entrance there is a great IT Mall where every gadget imaginable can be seen and bought.
Shopping Tip:
Great IT Mall just at the back entrance.

it is very big and comfortable.
They have the best location to stay in Kuala Lumpur.
its near to shopping mall in KL like KLCC, pavilion, etc.
Its easier for me and my family to walk around city.

This hotel has been recently renovated. Good location，near to shopping area if ur intention. Is to shop in Kuala Lumpur . Price went up a bit after the renovation but still acceptable.
