Not bad, but kind of expected more
Jalan Alor (hawker street food) was just a short walk away, walked to KLCC (twin towers) within 20-30 minutes, few good night clubs around the area

It was fine, but I really expected more. The room was not uncomfortable, just a bit blah - not memorable at all. The best thing about staying here is it was close to the hawker street food area (Jalan Alor) and there were a few good bars around. Shopping mall was a 10+ minute walk away (too expensive anyway), the twin towers were almost a 30 minute walk away, and to get to chinatown it was best to take public transport (monorail) if it is your cup of tea.

Didn't live up t my expectations for a 4-star hoto

This hotel has seen it's better days. I was actually upgraded to a delux room from the superior that I was supposed to have, due to over bookings. The room and facilities are in a urgent need of renovation. Everything in the room was either very old or broken, the fridge didn't work, could not turn off light in the closet and the safe was out of order.
I would not recommended this hotel for the money they ask, there must be better options. The central location of the hotel is the only positive part.

very nice hotel for shopping around bukit bintang
shopping, clubbing, night life.

i was only there for a night, and really have to go to bukit bintang for some business meeting, so federal was my choice, great location, right smack in the middle of the happenings in bukit bintang. room was clean and neat, fast internet, fast checkin and checkout. superb.
