So comfy like home

Overall, our family had a great time at Federal Hotel. The room was spic and span and the bed was so comfortable. The shopping area was also very accessible and it was very easy to hail a cab. There was also a supermarket nearby and the prices of the goods are affordable.

4 star hotel with no carpark - very inconvenient

I was very disappointed as the nearest carpark is in a busy shopping mall situated opposite. When we came in, the staff did not offer to carry the luggage and the check in counter is on another floor. The staff was not friendly at all. He put up a long face when we asked for extra wireless account and when asked for adjoining room, we were told that there was none.
The only good thing is the restaurants and the shopping malls around the hotel. Not recommended.

Good location but small room
Location, Great Revolving restaurant..

Well, I book the hotel because of the location and revolving restaurant. I enjoy my dinner at the revolving restaurant and the price is reasonable. The hotel is very closed to food street, night life's and shopping area by walk. The room is dated, small and it's a bit noisy at night as the disco just down the hotel. I did not have a good sleep.

Hotel located in downtown Kuala Lumpur, walking distance to all major shopping malls. Across the street many local restaurants. Behind hotel, a mall call Low Yat Plaza sells all electronics & computers gadgets. Very happening street along the hotel, foot massages, live band and cafe and bars. Room is clean. Essential items are provided. Fast room service. Check in & out was fast. Staff are friendly.
