Location was close by to alot of amenities.

The hotel requested for a RM100 deposit upon checkin, which is not stated anywhere. When I questioned about it, the Duty manager asked me if I want to stay or not in the hotel. I was dissatisfied as I was a paid customer checking in.

Need to change room due to wifi down. Offer room change to deluxe room. Wifi still lagging. Heater not hot. Breakfast was very poor. Staff attitude need to upgrade.

Time checked is written at the counter is 3pm but i waited and waited until 3.30pm for the room to be cleaned. That disappoint me and i was late for my errand.Please speed up your cleaning services. But the rest of the stay WAS GREAT. Thank you
