hotel location is good if we travel out of kl. cause near to toll road.
order taksi is easy. just talk to receptionist and taksi will be ready. with meter or without meter also available.
possible to do jogging in the morning on the lake.

Hotel Feature Tip:
The only thing... theres a heavy traffic infront of the hotel especially after office hour on weekdays.

Nice hotel but bad service

We were given a room not ready to be used. Have to go back to reception to change our room. The new room given without towels. Nearly half an hour only we received the towels from housekeeping.
The traffic to the hotel from KL was very jammed. Noted that after 11.00 pm only the traffic in front of the hotel was okay.
Not advisable to drive out from the hotel after check-in.

OK hotel with lousy front desk officer
Chalet for USD 50 was the selling point

we booked a chalet for two nights. on the first night, we were downgraded to a deluxe room without the front desk officer telling us. we only realized it when we stepped in to the room. when i asked for explanation to the said officer, she only giggled &said "i'm sorry", and she had to have her senior to explain to me that apparently the chalet is under maintenance & as compensation i was given breakfast vouchers. it baffles me that she was apparently hoping to get away with it at the first place. furthermore, we only managed to move to our chalet on the afternoon the next day because the other guest staying in that chalet had a late check-out. so at the end of the day we only enjoyed the chalet for less than one day. the chalet was actually quite nice. the hotel is ok. the hotel itself doesn't have much attraction as it doesn't have anything much, just a big lake and a swimming pool. i also found it hard to get a taxi there.
Restaurant Tip:
There are two great restaurants just across the hotel at Ampang Point complex: Sari Ratu and Ayam Penyet.
