Very pleasant stay in a new room equipped with everyone needed for a short stay - kettle,large TV,free wifi,iron. Nice free buffet breakfast.
5-10minute walk to the train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great Location but small rooms

Although the room is small, it is clean, tidy and you have everything in it, wifi, TV, air conditioner, hair dryer, etc....
The location is great. The monorail / MRT is just one block from the hotel. Near the monorail there is a Shopping Mall(Sogo) so you can do shopping there or buy food at the supermarket which is at LG.
There are lots of shop selling indian or malaysian clothes or accessories near the hotel. You can see lots of Indian or Malaysian (nearly no foreigners or other Asians) on the street. Although people there looks nice i still came back to hotel before 9pm every night as i heard that it is not safe for a girl to go out at night time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
To go to the hotel u can get off at the Bandaraya Station. But if you are caryying a big luggage i suggest you to take taxi as there is no eslculator or lift in the MRT/Monorail in KL. So you have to walk up or down the staircase very often.

Location is near Sogo and LRT (masjid Jamek and Bandaraya), it's in business district so expect heavy traffic in working hours and a quiet after around 7. The room is clean but watch out for small cockroach occasionally. The staff is very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late and booked the room at the last minute only when I got to the Kuala Lumpur international airport. I was able to check in without any trouble despite arriving about 1am in the morning.
The room was very clean, has tea and coffee making facility as well as a working bar fridge.
The shower was sensational - the big rain shower head is a luxury for me who have been used to short and quick shower in water-scarced Australia.
The TV has limited channels but that is not an issue for me.
Overall it's a great and comfortable hotel for the price in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is close to the famous shopping area for the muslim and hindu culture. Many silk stores nearby selling fine silk from India and some from China.
The design tended to be colourful and floral of a range of variety.

A let-down this time round...
Compact room with all the neccessities

this is my third stay at the hotel, had enjoyed both times before but this time round was slightly inconvenient. we've got one of the corner rooms, away from the back alley as requested. everything else falls in place nicely except for these few setbacks:
room: there are a few spots of dried blood stain beside the sink, don't ask me, i don't wanna know what causes it. for 2 nights in a row, the stains were there. missing daily mineral bottled waters and floor mat - housekeeping, you gotta buck up!
receptionist: our first try on fast food delivery services to the hotel was disastrous. although the receptionist knew that we had placed an order and our food will be arriving soon, they only called our room to inform 10 minutes after the delivery guy came and even told us off that we should inform the delivery person to inform the staff of our room number, which we did. my only advice to the receptionist is to use his initiative to call us once the delivery person has arrive since he knows which exact room had asked for a food delivery! tsk.

first time i stay at the hotel is a very good experience as its provide clean room but a bit small. but its okay for a couple to stay for a short period of two to three nights. the counter services is good and courteous accept that too strict on time of check out. request for a bit extension of time was not happily entertained.but overall its okay. hope to stay again at the hotel when in kl.

Location very good at the centre of the City but unfotunately 2 days stay at the hotel no breakfast was available due to some techinical problem to the restaurant. Breakfast was compesate with Mc D. Very disappointed on the breakfast. Lobby very small, lift and rooms are confortable. Outside food is very easy to get.
Shopping Tip:
For those who likes shopping, especially malay women the hotel is circled with arced. Near to shoping mall, sogo with is sales around the year on selected brands.

fair location near the lrt station, a little bit hard to find for the first time. very friendly staff. i had a very brief breakfast at the restaurant next door, not really remarkable. the second day the restaurant was temporarily closed so they offered mcdonald coffee and burger instead. the room was nice equipped except that no large window in the room where i stayed.
