not really bad
big and spacious room for family quad

location was not really in bukit bintang but close to major shopping mall by taxi.
it is very stressful to take cab to negociate taxi fare.
3times shutte service daily but run small car so need to book in advance.
breakfast restaurant was over crowded with package tourists and you will be lucky if you get warm eggs and breads.
restaurant staff need more efficient to top up coffe without being asked and take dirty plates as well.
swimming pool is pretty small and need to be cleaned regularily.
overall i will recommand other hotel instead in REAL heat of bukit bintang.
