A hotel better suited for business
Staff were friendly and accommodating, close to china town
7.3
The hotel lobby was very comfortable and modern. Restriction to floor was very inconvenient as we were travelling in group, with multiple rooms on different floors. Unfortunately, despite a wide and interesting selection of breakfast foods, there was no custom egg station as found in many hotels in Malaysia, which meant you were unable to have eggs to order. Also the hotel is surrounded by construction

central location but cut throats taxis
5.7
The taxis are terrible bullies and have a RM 15 fare even to go across to Time Square which is directly in front of the Furama!
Breakfast of RM 44/head is not up to the expected standard for the price!

Close to amenities. 5mins walk to the main road where there's many modes of transportation to anywhere in KL and beyond. Eating and drinking outlets aplenty too.

Excellent location in Bukit Bintang area near monorail and shopping malls. Nice gym with all equipment in good shape. Hotel staff was really friendly and nice - and also solving all questions. Some inconveniencies were solved quickly and with style.

the location was good, it was not too far from the shopping centre or the metro. it is away from all the traffic and noise. the interior of the hotel was amazing, nice friendly staff and the rooms were big. the only problem i experienced is no Wifi available,

great hotel, great service
friendly staff, great location

A lovely hotel, with great location (great mall 5 minutes away), friendliest staff of my trip so far and damned good food in the restaurant. Facilities are top notch (lovely pool and gym area) and very little to criticise other than the corridors looking a little faded!
But that's a minor point and one I am sure they will be addressing very soon!
If you need a good value for money hotel in KL, close to the sights and amenities, this is the one!!

Cheerful personel, clean wide rooms.

Our stay was very comfortable, thanks to the location, clear rooms, helpful clerks and good hospitality.
However, breakfast should also contain western food - T.V. lacks arabian chanel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Very good value for the cost of stay.
