Unexpected stopover
Offered late check in, fast friendly service & clean rooms
My stay was short but the service was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & tidy. Will stay here on my next planned trip to Malaysia.

My sis and I stayed 3D2N at the Furama after much contemplation between Melia Hotel & Berjaya Times Square hotel. We compliment the hotel for their delicious wide buffet breakfast spread and the spaciousness of the room. We booked the Deluxe room and to our surprise, it comes with an attached living space which is not your usual small cramped hotel room. Furnishing were basic and decent but clean. If you're looking for a value but good hotel to stay in KL, Furama is one of the hotels you might wish to consider. Berjaya Times Square mall is about 8 minutes walk and the train station is pretty accessible too. Given the $$$ we spent and the budget we have, we were satisfied with our overall stay.

new, room and bathroom
nice, new hotel, spacious and luxury feeling. had food poisoning so spent a lot of time in the very nice bathroom. left early, so didn't really deal with staff

location and nothing else
This hotel look an old hotel and renovation but the furniture still old and i did not feel comfortable in this hotel.. hair dryer need to request, limited TV channel, wifi need to i can say the value if money is poor

Worst unfriendly hotel ever
This is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in KL. Staff were unfriendly, don't greet, don't smile. I checked in with and found i have to pay for wi-fi, borrow an unbrella also have to pay. This hotel dont take guest loyalty seriously only profits and bottom line. Rooms and hallways dirty and mouldy smelling. I would advise to steer clear staying here. There are better hotels with free wi-fi and free umbrellas on loan.

Clean room okay location
clean room, location is okay, comfort
It was okay stay, staff attended us wasn't too much of a smiling person, we checked in late and it took nearly half hour for us to check in the room. The room is quite big and location is okay but to get to Bukt Bintang crowd, we need to get there by taxi. The area is a bit off.
