A great hotel to stay but must improve.
Location is good and near amenities. Rooms are spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times since its opening.
The service was great in the beginning.
Breakfast provided a variety of choice too.
However my last stay noticed that the service standard is a little short of what I experience in my last 3 stays.
This could probably be due to high demand and the many new staff faces I had not seen in my previous stays.
I certainly hope that the Hotel will have thier new staff trained to maintain and keep up the good name of Furama.
Hope to have my next visit to KL and choose Furama BB as my favorite hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The breakfast offers a great variety of Western and Asian delights.
They have a great GYM too.
Bukit Bintang Happenings is just around the corner.

Great hotel, not the best location

enjoyed the stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms and facilities are very good. the location leaves a little to be desired, the surrounding streets are not very appealing, however it is close to the monorail and times square shopping centre.

i stayed in this hotel with my wife and my 1 year old boy. he liked the room very much and the room is big enough for him to crawl here and there. i would love to stay in this hotel again.
the hotel is situated at the back of the times square, and you can reach the hotel with 3-5 minutes walking distance. it would be great if the hotel could have more variety for the breakfast. the pool is a little bit small for this hotel.
Travel tip:
There is a taxi station at the front of the hotel. If you would like to have cheaper rate of transport, you may the taxi from there.

The hotel is good in a nutshell. but the sound proof is not very good. room is small and a bit noisy

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to times square where a lot of shops and restaurants are around. You will find everything you need.

Bad service from hotel staff

It took me 45mins to check-in. Reception staff, Ainshah was slow, inefficient and unfriendly. It took them an hour to deliver two bottles of mineral water.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to shopping and dining areas.

Booked 3 Quad Rooms in Furama Hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. The location of the hotel was very centralised. Easily accessible to various shopping areas and dining areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has ample parking lots but a bit narrow to drive in the carpark, so drive carefully.

Try the new wholesale centre Kenagan.

Room is spacious, good breakfast and facilities. A 20 mins walk from the monorail though so taxi is better.
Reception staff needs more training, unfriendly and inefficient. People waiting to check in/ out, no order do some people got served before others who were waiting
