New Renovated Hotel With Old Amenities
No specification on Internet usage, no free wi fi , rediculous ! Unbelievable in this new era !

i would not stay in this hotel anymore due to the poor service in terms of
internet services. i thought with the new technology , free "wi fi" service
was quite common especially in spore.
with the brand of this so called newly upgraded hotel which i doubt so as a lot of things in the room seems
quite old & re used.
when i asked why my superior room which has been upragraded to deluxe was not getting free wi fi svc. they said only deluxe room onwards were entitled for this service. i was shock as my room charges was
not cheap, why can't i get this common service yet my room is deluxe room
. i really don't understand why this svc is not given whereby almost every hotel
in this world are giving complimentary as part of their svc.
i hope u guys will improve as rm 10/= charges for 1 hr us not worth to jeopardise your
hotel reputation.

This was my second visit to this hotel and the service was even better than the last time which was very good.
Cheerful reception staff took only a few minutes to deal with my reservation and even gave me an upgrade to a room with a great view over KL city centre and the Petronas Towers.
Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice though congestion around the serving area continued to be a minor hassle. Oh, and please F&B manager, get a toaster that can cope with the number of guests !
A small problem with slow water flow from the shower head was promptly fixed by courteous and considerate maintenance staff.
Overall, in my opinion, this hotel remains at the top of the tree as value for money in KL.

we got the rooms at a relatively good rate thus we chose Furama BB for our stay in KL. i arrived on 12th may evening, and got greeted to a couple of friendly staff who assisted me with my check-in. There was also a group of chinese tourists who just checked-in just before i arrived. Some of them had some questions but the receptionists were all malay at that point of time, thus none of them could answer the tourists' queries. Check-in was promptly done and i even got upgraded to a suite room. i was of-course, pleased but the room was quite small for a Suite room IMO. nonetheless, the upgrade was appreciated :)However, my voucher stated that there was free-wifi but receptionist said that there is no free-wifi, only free lan internet which caused much inconvenienced since we thought there will be.
The room came well-equipped with amenities but mini-bar's fridge was empty. The guests services officers even left a slice of cake on the next day as it was my birthday. It was a very sweet gesture. We drove our friend's car in KL and had complimentary parking so that was nice. One thing that we were appalled by, was that the housekeeping service was not consistent. we bought supper from outside on the 1st day and left the bowl in the living room thinking that housekeeping will clear it for us but it wasn't. also, there was a bottle of water in the living room half-drank and our room's tv was switched on when we remembered we had it switched off before we left the room. these happened on day 3 fyi. Other than the housekeeping service that we were not pleased by, the others were good. would love to stay there again.

the hotel is nicely located not far from berjaya shopping center and there are many food stalls available nearby. there is also a supermarket for your daily needs. the room is very spacious with living room and the bedroom is big too. the cleanliness is great.
