First time to stay in Furama and truly had great time there. The check-in counter is very helpful. The restaurant at level 3 is a must try, especially dinner. The Asian set and Western set both are perfect with reasonable price. The room is nice. The only problem was housekeeping. The trash can in the room actually hadn’t been clean everyday. Plus, daily newspaper wasn’t served daily.

A servant from Pakistan, Ali, is very friendly and attentive. He even said thank you in my language. His attentive service made my stay more enjoyable.

The room is very large and comfortable. The room is clean. Great for long stays.
Breakfast is poor quality and bacon burnt and not edible. breakfast reception staff do not even take you to your table. Overall, a decent priced hotel for what it is.
