Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful Gym and swimming poor Breakfast menu was great
Some minus points: Bit far from the nearest station(10min walk) but, free transportation to the station was available only 3 times a day. Bathroom was not really clean.

- Stay was below average. - Swimming pool water is not clean. - Breakfast limited choice with same food everyday. - One of the concierge staffs lied to us saying that the free shuttle service was full, in fact it's empty however full of Furama's staff inside the free shuttle bus as though they used it for their own personal gain. - Housekeeping services was also bad as there were no initiatives, as they did not provide towels everyday unless you requested for it. They also took a very long time to provide the towels. - Hotel is not worth a four star, the most is 3 star.
