overall, i had a very good experience. the price is very reasonable and the place is accessible. there is a big shopping mall and many good places to eat beside the hotel.

Shopping Tip:
Next to berjaya times square only cross the street.

the room is big, and cozy. the hotel is near pudu bus station, which is very convinient to me. as i want to continue my journey to penang, and the bus is leaving from there.
the hotel is also near bukit bintang area, which you can buy snacks, with lot of varieties.

Stayed in furama for 5 days with the family and kids had fun. The only downfall was they only have shuttle 3x per day and on a first come first serve basis going to kl sentral. It around 20-25 mins walk which we won't mind but having young children is causing a dilemma but otherwise close to sungei wang and BB plaza where you can find cheap clothings and good food

Spacious & clean hotel. Breakfast is good & location still not so bad. Wifi is not free (2hr -10MYR & 12hrs - 30MYR). As for location, it still within walking distance to the shopping district. Male staff receptionist not helpful at all & never communicate guest needs with the rest of the staffs.

a 4 star hotel that sting on basic amenities such as toothbrush and slippers. we 1st check into a stinky room with a mouldy stench and subsequently changed to a cleaner hotel. location was near yet far, require 15 mins to the shopping belt.. took taxi most of the time to get to the shopping mall as the weather was hot in kl.
