Large 4-star hotel in cental location

We received a free room upgrade to a superior room. We enjoyed the swimming pool, central location near to Bukit Bintang, and the room size. Hotel is relatively new and is clean and well furnished. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with too many people in one area, but the hotel provides an Asian and a Western selection. We stayed 4-nights and overall enjoyed it.
Restaurant Tip:
Take a walk to Jalan Alor for great street food - evenings only.

i enjoyed the stay as the location is near to shopping malls such as time square. the malls are within walking distance. the hotel is nice, clean and spacious. good customer service from the front desk. another plus point is that easy access to different restaurants.
there is construction near hotel which can be quite noisy.

I stayed there because of the location, i have requested double bed room before i checked in, but i got a combined single bed room in the end. Beside, no hair dryer inside our room and there is only 1 toothbrush inside the washroom.
Shopping Tip:
Pavilion, time square and sungai wang are just nearby the hotel.

This is the second time I stay in Furama. I like their clean rooms and their friendly staffs who offers efficient and prompt services. Will continue to stay in Furama Bukit Bintang on my next visits to KL.

LOcation is Perfact, walkkng distance to most of the good Malls and many varieties for the food nearbuy.

If you are a Normal Traveler who is more concern about the quality of the service then a Nad spot on the floor carpet or a Bathroom than this is the best and economical accomodation you can find at the prise furama offer.
Very happy and satisfied with the stay and will come back whenever need to stay in KL.

everything was great until breakfast on the last day of our stay. we picked a table by the pool, a table that had been occupied all previous mornings. then one staff member came up to me and told me in an extremely unfriendly and very rude way that we should not sit there. i calmly asked him if he could then help us to move to another table but he showed us a "bad gesture" and stormed off. i felt upset for the rest of the day.
as long as you don't run into this specific staff member i would recommend the hotel.
