5 min walking distance to PWTC LRT station

floor carpet, insufficient corridor lighting, sometimes no hot water,leaking wash basin, defective tv, no tv remote, pour sound insulation from adjacent room, hotel guest's car parking not borne by hotel

It was drizzling when l arrived at the hotel about 6.30pm,with no covered front entrance and insufficient parking ( no umbrella in my car), l had to drive in the adjacent private car park which was charged RM3 per day.The check-in (and also check-out) process was a speedy one as usual for Agoda customer.First impression of the hotel was a bit disappointing for a hotel under Grand Continental group, poorly lited lobby, "old building smell", and the lifts were "antigue" and stop with a "jerk" when it reaches your level.The corridor to the room was also poorly lited.The room got a strange odor, wardrobe only got 2 hangers and l cant find the tv remote.l cant sleep well as adjacent room was too noisy(poor insulation).The breakfast was reasonable and couldnt ask for more.

- WORTH FOR MONEY - VERY SPACIOUS - NEAR TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING COMPLEX

- THE ROOM AIRCOND NOT COLD ENOUGH

I really enjoyed my stay. Opposite of this hotel there is a shopping complex. I enjoy doing my shopping there. Besides that the room is so spacious and confortable. I had a very good sleep. The putra lrt train also very near to the hotel. You can travel around kuala lumpur via local train.book now and enjoy the nenefit now

room service and breakfast was in good status

the hotel wasn't have any WIFI connectivity. so it is very much vital to have its own wifi zone...

hotel was very much worth for the money i have paid. transportation became much easier as the hotel located near to both LTR and monorail stations. food was in very good quality and it was very much almost match with our traditional meal style. room conditions were in good condition although the hotel old for several decades. some of the week points which i have seen in the hotel are not having their own wifi zone or any public zones which we can pay and use. and the air conditioning system couldn't control individually from the room so we were unable to adjust the temperature as we preferred. when take the overall consideration of the hotel it can be prefer to any one who will wish to add more value to his/her money, without any dispute..
