room service and breakfast was in good status
the hotel wasn't have any WIFI connectivity. so it is very much vital to have its own wifi zone...
hotel was very much worth for the money i have paid. transportation became much easier as the hotel located near to both LTR and monorail stations. food was in very good quality and it was very much almost match with our traditional meal style.
room conditions were in good condition although the hotel old for several decades. some of the week points which i have seen in the hotel are not having their own wifi zone or any public zones which we can pay and use. and the air conditioning system couldn't control individually from the room so we were unable to adjust the temperature as we preferred.
when take the overall consideration of the hotel it can be prefer to any one who will wish to add more value to his/her money, without any dispute..

The price was very reasonable (around $20 per night)
Bed was big and very comfortable.
Breakfast was ok.
Friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Slightly dated features
Wifi did not work properly for me
For $20 per night in September 2009 I believe this hotel was an excellent option. The bed was very comfortable, my room was silent and I slept very well. The staff were particularly nice.
There are a few negative points, some of the features were a bit dated, such as the bathroom. For all of the good points, there was a small cigarette burn on the blanket, a big turn off.
Shopping Tip : Bukit Bintang is only a short monorail ride away.

Good location for getting to the Bus station to go to the north which is what we needed. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice including cereal and toast as well as the traditional Malay food.
No safe in the room. Room and bathroom was dirty and the sheets were definitely not cleaned regularly. The cleanliness of the room was not good at all. Said there was Wifi but it didnt seem to work.
Not a 3* hotel standard at all even for KL. We needed the location to be near the bus station so that was good for not great for anything else as either need to take 2 metros to get to the KLCC or a taxi which isnt too expensive but still adds up. Not a good hotel for the price...in fact it was worse than some backpacker hostels I have stayed in for a lot less money. Would not recommend this hotel at all and would never stay there again.
