Lack of Staff Managing Counter, long que. Hotel is in good loction, a lot of shops nearby, not far away from Twin Towers,Jln Masjid India,and the Pavilion shopping centre.Hotel rooms need renovation and improvement and direct
hotel room to car park lift.

Location near to shopping areas. Food for breakfast variety. Staff unprofessional. Require assistant late to response until we call hotel manager.Tap water was polluted with rust but non of the officer aware until we cpmplain. Yet nothing can be done to stop the pollution. Our visit to Grand Continental hotel kl was unsatisfying. Hotel in midst of renovation. Our children were frustated unable to enjoy the swimming. And some of the staff unfprofessional handling complain fm customer. Agoda shud advise abt this hotel under renovation before cnfm booking so we cud book to another hotel. Is not worth what we paying.
Hotel Feature Tip : Agoda shud indicate in website if the hotel is undergoing renovation. So customer aware and at least get another option for other hotel.
