Our Excellent room overlooked the Lake,add breakfast when booking as plenty of choices. All staff were helpful and Friendly and a free shuttle to Sunway Lagoon Water Themed Park and Shopping.You would need car or Taxi to KL city (20 minutes) try to avoid the rush hour.

I have stayed in this hotel before it was renovated, this time I chose to stay here because of a wedding dinner. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed and pillows are heaven, you don't feel like waking up. Breakfast was good spread, nasi lemak was delicious!Checking in and out is hassle free. Transport is not a problem, do ask the front counter to book a metered taxi for you otherwise you ll be paying through your nose.

It was great. They checked me in even though I arrived several hours before check-in time and allowed me to check out at 2pm. The room was well equipped, clean and modern. Overall, very nice hotel.

A good stay. Nice lobby which we appreciated more after a subsequent 4-night stay at the Holiday Inn which did not have an air-conditioned lobby and could not be used (comfortably) for any great length of time. Room was fine, if a little small, and the windows could have done with a clean. Liked the bathroom. Breakfast selection was good, especially the smoked salmon, breads, cheeses and pastries. Coffee was a bit naff.
