Location is the best feature, being sited right next door to The Pavillion, the latest shopping mecca in KL. Jalan Alor, the must-visit food paradise is also within walking distance. Amenities are modern and tasteful after a recent renovation. Service is attentive and non-intrusive, the mark of a truly great hotel. Perfect for a heavenly weekend getaway!
Prime location, modern design, excellent service.
Can be pricey compared to other options.

Overall this hotel is very nice. The location is at one of the most interesting roads in KL, shopping, dining, leisure, all is very close. A Monorail station is in walking distance. The hotel itself is spacious with friendly staff. The rooms are quiet and clean, english newspapers will be supplied every morning. As there is rush hour traffic jam in front of the hotel it is very difficult to get a taxi, better you take the monorail and travel to the "Stesen Sentral". The guests are very international, western, asian as well as people from middle east.
Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, spacious lobby.
Supply of necessities.
Got a non smoking room, but ordered a smoking room.
Difficult to get a taxi
No WLAN at the room, Broadband is available.
- Shopping Tip : When you are at a business trip and don't have much spare time you easily go for a fast shopping. Lot 10 Deparment Store or BB Plaza and Imbi Plaza are nearby. An IT Department store is also just 10 minutes walk away.

This is Malaysia. Very wonderful with variety of people, food and culture. Visiting Malaysia means visiting ASEAN. Malaysia truly Asia.
Very amazing place I have stayed at so far. Great lobby decoration, great staff, service and food. The hotel very clean and location very strategic.
The deluxe room quite small.
- Shopping Tip : Everything is here, night life, restaurant, shopping mall and many more.

The hotel service and decor lived up to its five star rating. I also felt that most of the front office staff were very friendly and their hospitality was quite remarkable. I feel that is the cornerstone of Grand Millineum.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Friendly front office staff.
Asked me to pay for the hotel room when I checked out despite confiormation on the hotel voucher issued by Agoda that they will be responsible. Clearly shows inefficiency in the front office staff.
Great service!!!

My stay was a very satisfying experience. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was guided to the front desk and service provided by "Rick" was superb!!! He was very professional and understanding. I would love to stay in this hotel in the future.

A haven of warm elegance and gracious hospitality, the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Food Republic all the local dishes you desire.
Friendly people everywhere night-life located in the heart of the city and golgen triangle
Because of the location...not necessary to dine in the Hotel
Improve in the housekeeping area and also the security system
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Steps away from the hotel is the trendy Bintang Walk, a half kilometer stretch offering an outstanding variety of food and entertainment outlets, as well as major shopping malls with over 3,000 shops and the newly acclaimed Pavilion complex adjacent to the hotel.

There has been an extensive renovation at the lobby and restaurant since Grand Millennium took over from The Regent.
- Restaurant Tip : The hotel probably offers the best price in town for drinks. A bottle of Champagne Moet Chandon is only at RM260, while the restaurant opposite the hotel, at the Star Hill Gallery offer at RM400. Huge price differenence.

The one major difference I can see is the new plasma television, But that's not worth the additional dollars.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Wherever you are leaving to, leave early, there is always a traffic jam on the main road. Sometimes more than half an hour before you reach the first traffic light.
