Lovely hotel. Very good service. Pleasant and helpful staff.Rooms clean and large.Most of all, it is in a fantastic location. It is in the heart of activity day and night It has great shopping all around- all within easy walking distance. Wide choice of eateries from tasty hawker cuisine to sophisticated dining all around the hotel.We stay at this hotel everytime we go to Kuala Lumpur. We recommend it to all our friends.We've stayed here 3 times this year and will be staying here again twice more in the next few months.

great location, near night attraction, near under ground train station, quit place, clean hotel.the hotel area is in the middile of singapour country , easy to reach orchid main shoping area, marina bay and santosa island
hotel near river and night life attraction is just 2 minutes walking, the hotel is clean but i think the room is small to the amount paid.

hotel is good due to the location. lounge and lobby is fantastic. bedroom is "ok" but toilet is old. the shower cubical is small. nothing much. the only rooms that are good are their mock up rooms. others even the clubs/executive rooms are norm. the only attrative is the location just beside pavillion

Very comfortable hotel. Great looking, obvious that changes and improvements have been made this aging hotel. A bit pricey, but comfort, polite efficient staff and nice atmosphere make up for it. Great location too!

The Customer Services is excellent
The location of this hotel is next to three Shopping mall. It is Good for us

The size of the room is big. I am so glad that i can be arranged the room which the view face towards the KL Twins Tower.
And the bed is so comfortable, but the temperature of my room is rather cold and there is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
